Dr. Yee was born in San Francisco’s Chinatown. She attended the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine and completed her residency in OB/GYN at San Francisco Kaiser in 1987. Dr. Yee entered private practice and has been on active staff at California Pacific Medical Center since 1987 to 2017. Dr. Pearl Yee evolved from a group OB/GYN practice to solo private practice in 2007, and now practices only office Gynecology and Aesthetic medicine. Pearl Yee M.D. served as Assistant Clinical Professor for Residents and Medical Students for the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) for over 20 years, where she has been voted as one of the top clinical teachers by students and residents. She participated for 3 years as a national speaker on preventing hereditary female cancers.
